piCLASSIC™ Neo Inline has the exhaust port opposite of the vacuum port, allowing flush mounting on profiles and is especially suitable for End-of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) and robotic applications.

Installing and maintaining piCLASSIC™ Neo is simple. With multiple installation interfaces and accessories, the pump can easily fit in to any system. Maintaining smooth operations over time is also hassle-free thanks to the easy access to ejectors and centralized valve interface. With the new COAX® ejector design, each ejector can be extracted for individual cleaning without needing to disassemble the whole pump unit. By making upkeep efficient, the piCLASSIC™ Neo helps manufacturers maintain consistent vacuum performance with minimal efforts.

piCLASSIC™ Neo is developed with sustainability at its core. It is designed following eco-design principles, resulting in up to 58% reduction in CO2-emissions cradle-to-gate compared to its predecessor (Based on Life Cycle Assessment "LCA Report - piCLASSIC™ Neo").

Energy saving function for Sealed materials: piSAVE® ESS is the preferred energy saving function for handling air-tight materials, such as metal, glass, or plastic.
Energy saving function for Leaking materials: piSAVE® ESL is recommended when handling leaking materials or objects, such as cardboard, fabric, bags, MDF boards or wood.
