Pipeline emptying unit 32

Pipeline emptying unit (PLEU) is recommended when high vertical lift is included in the conveying line. It features an air inlet to add venting to the process to empty the conveyed material from vertical pipe sections when the pump is switched off in each conveying cycle. Emptying the pipe ensures that the material doesn't fall down and block the conveying line, so the next conveying cycle can start easier. To prevent cross-contamination, an air inlet filter can be placed on the air inlet. It avoids material leakage from the inlet as well as prevents the conveyed material from getting in touch with any substances in the surrounding air. PLEU can be used when an electric control unit is in use.
