PS.VS is a compact electronic vacuum switch with one preset digital switching output and one analog signal covering -100 .. 0 kPa. The multi-color LED gives clear feedback from a distance. A built in NFC allows the user to customize settings with optional PIN code protection, and enables the user to see statistics and diagnostics through the Piab Connect app. Available with straight or angled mounting and four different pneumatic connections, it is easily integrated into EOATs and machines, or mounted on pneumatic components. Compact and lightweight housing made from robust bio-based plastics.

Features
- Electronic vacuum switch with one PNP or NPN switching output and one analog vacuum level output, 1–5 V or 4–20 mA.
- Preset switch points -30, -40, -50, -60 or -70 kPa, programmable through NFC (Near Field Connection) with the Piab Connect app.
- Measuring range -100 .. 0 kPa.
- Available with straight or angled pneumatic connections stem 6 mm, stem 1/4“, M5 swivel or G1/8” swivel to enable optimal mounting angle and 3 m open-end cable to allow for flexible routing.
- Multi‑colour LED provides clear feedback on switching status and system performance.
- User-friendly programming of settings (switch point, hysteresis and operating modes) through NFC with the Piab Connect app, with optional PIN code protection of changes.
- Built-in statistics and diagnostics including vacuum cycle counter, first time to setpoint, and error codes readable through NFC with the Piab Connect app.
- Switch settings can easily be copied from one switch to another through NFC using the Piab Connect app, even without power connection.
