Suction Cup BLFF family
BLFF is Piab’s new high performance suction cup family for modern warehousing, e commerce, logistics and general industry. It combines the soft adaptability needed to seal on bags, irregular shapes and porous materials with the strength required for heavy cartons and flat boxes. Thanks to a unique combination of high flow capability and a soft, conformable lip, BLFF can handle both heavy loads and “difficult” objects where traditional cup lips struggle to seal, helping to increase pick rates and reduce changeovers in automated systems. Available in diameters Ø42 and Ø55 mm and two hardness levels (Medium, Hard), BLFF replaces multiple traditional cup types and simplifies tooling, setup and spare part handling. The cups are moulded in recyclable TPE and mounted on detachable metal fittings, making replacement and recycling straightforward. Validated in demanding cyclic and abrasion tests and suitable for both centralized and decentralized vacuum systems, BLFF offers a robust, long life gripping solution that is ready for today’s and tomorrow’s packaging materials.
