piGRIP BGI
piGRIP® BGI is a modular, food-area-ready suction cup family for demanding bag handling. It delivers secure, high-speed gripping of thin foil, frozen food, stand-up pouches and flimsy plastic bags while operating efficiently at low vacuum levels.

Features
- Configurable piGRIP® platform with 0, 1, 3 or 6 bellows for tailored stroke and stability.
- Wide bag lip range 25–80 mm covers small snack bags to larger stand-up pouches.
- Thin, flexible, FDA/EU-approved silicone lip seals reliably at around 40 -kPa, enabling reduced vacuum flow and energy use.
- Optimized for high-speed bag picking on vertical/horizontal form-fill-seal machines and robot or cobot packing cells.
- The silicone lip enables the cup to be used in a wide range of temperatures
- Replaceable bag lip minimizes downtime and spare-part cost while retaining existing bellows, support and fitting assemblies.
