Rotary carton feeding
High speed rotary carton feeding allows for no missed picks and full adjustability of the vacuum system in order to run at the highest performance possible. This helps to compensate for any warpage and low-quality material without sacrificing durability or adding additional time to your operation.
When handling carton board, especially recycled board, leakage is high, and an energy efficient strong vacuum flow is needed. Piab offers market leading vacuum ejector solutions thanks to our COAX® technology, which are available with monitoring capabilities and additional energy saving functionalities. Blow-off/quick release options are also available to further improve speed and efficiency by releasing the carton quickly.
