Module de fonction avec disque de filtre

The feature module is a compact add on that brings filtration and optional vacuum check functionality directly above the cup. With a standard G3/8" interface, it is easy to combine with BLFF and other compatible cups, and can be configured with a high flow filter only, a piSave® Sense valve only, or both in one unit. The large area, fine filter protects the vacuum system when handling dusty or porous objects, while the cleanable housing supports long service intervals. In low to medium flow applications, adding piSave® Sense helps stabilize vacuum and reduce pump size and energy use, while filter only configurations preserve full high flow performance.

Fonctionnalités

  • Uses a standard G3/8" interface towards the cup, simplifying selection and mechanical integration.
  • Can be configured with high flow filter only, piSave® Sense only, or a combination of both in one unit.
  • High flow, large area fine filter protects the vacuum system when handling dusty, porous or dirty objects.
  • Feature module housing can be opened to allow filter element to be removed, inspected and cleaned for maintaining correct quality of air reaching the vacuum system.
  • With piSAVE® sense installed, the module stabilizes system vacuum when some cups miss the object or handle leaky surfaces, enabling smaller pumps and reduced energy consumption in lower flow applications.
  • In filter only configurations, the module maintains the full high flow capability of the suction cup.
  • Designed to work with any suction cup or fitting that provides a G3/8" male thread interface.
