DURAFLEX® suction cups have been developed to meet the strict demands of the automotive industry. A typical application is the feeding of sheet metal into a press tool. The slightly curved shape and internal cleats provide a good grip and the strengthened lip extends the life of the cup considerably. Also available in oval shape for oblong objects.

Características

  • Adecuada para superfiecies planas y ligeramente curvas, cubiertas de aceite, por ej. las que encontramos cuando se manipulan chapas en procesos de estampación.
  • Gracias a la mayor fricción del material, las ventosas pueden soportar grandes fuerzas de aceleración en dirección horizontal, incluso en superficies aceitosas.
  • La ventosa posee refuerzos interiores que impiden que los objetos sean deformados.
  • Las ventosas DURAFLEX®, fabricadas en un material especialmente desarrollado, ofrecen la elasticidad de la goma y la resistencia al desgaste del poliuretano.  Este material no deja marcas.
