The KVG150C is a modular and fully configurable suction cup gripper developed for various industries supporting manufacturing automation. Its lightweight design and integrated innovative features offer optimal performance, quick integration and easy maintenance. Size, cup type, vacuum performance, and flow control technology can be customized to fit specific requirements of End-of-Arm-tooling (EOAT). These vacuum grippers are ideal for applications in packaging, metal, glass, and food industries.

Features
- Modular design enables configuring the gripper in required length from 300 to 2000 mm, and with various features like ejectors, check valves, solenoid valve, flow restrictors, piSAVE® sense and others.
- Energy efficient vacuum gripper utilizing energy saving accessories and features.
- Patent pending.
- KVG150C can be equipped with a pre-selection of standard Piab suction cups including friction cups, piGrip cups, Value Line, or cups made in DURAFLEX or FDA approved material.
- Typical applications are to handle carton boxes, bags, oily metal sheets or food in direct contact, as well as supporting extreme temperature conditions.
