Vacuum Conveyor Spare parts & Accessories for Piab piFLOW®
Keep your vacuum conveyor performing like on day one. Piab vacuum conveyors are built for reliable pneumatic conveying of powders, granules, and small parts—with minimal maintenance. To protect productivity and product quality, key wear components should be inspected and replaced at planned intervals. Here you’ll find vacuum conveyor spare parts, pneumatic conveying components, and performance upgrades—organized by category to help you identify the right solution fast.
Explore the key components of your vacuum conveyor and where to find the categories:
- Vacuum pumps – creates the vacuum for conveying.
- Filters – captures fines and protects downstream equipment.
- Sealings – ensures that the conveyor is sealed at the connection points
- Conveying pipes and hoses – transports material between the conveyor and other equipment.
- Control units – manages conveying cycles and diagnostics.
- Conveyor body – all modules that the conveyor is built of
- Feed points – receives and holds material before conveying.

How to identify the right spare part for your vacuum conveyor?
Do you use a Piab vacuum conveyor?
- Scan the QR code on your conveyor’s label or printed manual.
- Register or sign in to your MyPiab account
- Register your conveyor’s unique serial number and access the most replaced items in MyProducts which are in your configuration.
If your conveyor does not have a QR code, but it was purchased after 1 July, 2022, you can still register its serial number here.
If you are looking for upgrades, start with your conveyor model and size (for example piFLOW series and container size), then match the component category. Most spare parts selection comes down to operating environment (hygienic/food/pharma, ATEX zone, washdown), material behavior (fine dust, sticky powders, abrasive granules), and required performance (throughput, cycle stability).
When should you replace parts?
Replace parts proactively when performance drifts—not only after a failure.
Common triggers include reduced conveying capacity, unstable cycles, increased dust, more frequent cleaning, or repeated alarms/interruptions. Planned replacement of high-wear pneumatic conveying parts (especially filtration and sealing) is often the quickest win for uptime. To detect filter deterioration in time, select the Filter Monitoring function in the piFLOW product configurator!
Want to reduce downtime? Stock critical spares
For production-critical lines, keeping a small set of high-impact spare parts on hand can prevent long stops. Typical “keep running” items include filtration and sealing components, plus the most-used control/piping wear items (depending on your setup and duty cycle).

ATEX-certified spares and accessories
No room for compromise in explosive atmospheres. Many of our products come in ATEX-certified configurations, backed by genuine ATEX-approved spares: antistatic seals and rubber parts, ATEX-compliant filters (e.g. pleated rod filters for Dust and Gas IIB), and pumps built for ATEX Dust or Dust & Gas requirements. These keep your equipment's EX classification intact for safe operation in zones 0/20, 1/21, and 2/22.
See our ATEX information page for the full range across piFLOW® families (p, i, f, fc, t).
OEB-classified conveyors and components
Handling potent or hazardous powders demands proven containment. Our piFLOW®p conveyors offer independently verified, third-party SMEPAC-tested OEB 4 and OEB 5 containment, with matching components – supporting operator safety, GMP compliance, and secure handling of APIs and other high-potency compounds.
Visit our OEB information page for certificates and applications.
Protect your certification
ATEX and OEB ratings certify the whole system, not individual parts. Non-genuine spares can void that certification, exposing you to containment failure, safety risks, and compliance gaps. Genuine Piab spares keep your certification – and your protection – intact.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us your conveyor model (piFLOW type/size), material, and your symptom (capacity drop, leakage, alarms, poor feeding). Our engineers will recommend the right spare parts and accessories to restore performance quickly. Tell us as much as possible about your challenge so we can analyse your request as quick as possible.
