Built to fit where others can't
In modern production lines, space is often the scarcest resource. Overhead clearance above hoppers, mixers and packing machines is limited, and OEM machine builders and manufacturers need vacuum conveying that doesn’t add much to the building height of their equipment.
piFLOW®c21 is engineered for exactly these situations. It has the smallest footprint and lowest build height in the piFLOW® range. The integrated pump head is built directly into the unit, and a top product inlet protects the textile filter. piFLOW®c21 brings reliable vacuum conveying into the smallest spaces in your line.
A great fit for small-batch processes and OEM integration
piFLOW®c21 is designed around fixed 1.0 L and 2.5 L batch volumes, making it ideally sized for low feed-rate applications and easy machine fit. Typical applications include:
- Small sachet and stick-pack lines where headroom and batch size are limited
- Capsule and tablet press feeding, and small granule transfers
- OEM integration into small mixers, blenders and packing machines
- Seasoning and spice dosing on snack and chips lines
- Coffee transfers into small silos and roasters
- Sand, abrasives and similar materials into 3D printers and small process machines in customized solutions – where the top product inlet keeps the conveyed materials away from the filter, extending service life.
