Kenos® expands vacuum grippers KVG150 E-series
Kenos® proudly announces the expansion of its KVG150 E-series, now offering the extensive KVG150C, equipped with cups, alongside its trusted foam version, the KVG150F. Together, this combined product family is engineered to deliver unmatched flexibility, energy savings, and ease of use across a wide range of industries.
Both KVG150F and KVG150C share a strong, lightweight recycled-aluminum body designed for quick installation and reliable operation. Their integrated vacuum technology ensures optimal performance and straightforward maintenance. The KVG150C features optimized cup patterns that maximize gripping area and efficiency, allowing grippers to be placed side by side without losing the step pattern. A pre-selection of cups makes it ideal for handling everything from deformable carton boxes and bags to Oily metal sheets and food products.
A major highlight of the KVG150 series is the integration of the ESL (Energy Saving for Leaking applications) function, now available for both the foam and cup versions. This advanced feature ensures that only the necessary amount of air is used to maintain vacuum, significantly reducing air consumption and environmental impact. The internal design further optimizes airflow, reinforcing the KVG E-Series’ commitment to being Evolutionary, Easy, Eco-friendly, Energy efficient, and Extensive. The KVG150C brings full modularity to the series, allowing users to customize size, cup type, vacuum performance, and flow control technology to meet precise End-of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) requirements. It can be configured with a precise selection of Piab suction cups- including friction cups, piGRIP® cups, Value Line, and specialized cups in Duraflex® or FDA-approved materials. For unique applications, custom patterns and the entire Piab suction cup portfolio are also available.
