特徴

  • 真空逆止弁は、いくつかのサクションカップが吸着しなかった場合でもシステム内で十分な真空レベルを維持し、迅速な作動とリリースを可能にします。
  • 1台の真空ポンプに対し、複数のサクションカップを持つアプリケーションに使用します。
  • アプリケーションに真空チェックバルブを採用することで真空ポンプの小型化が実現すれば、省エネに繋がります。
  • リークの多いワークに対しても有効です。
  • サクションカップサイズやワークのリーク度合いに応じて、性能の異なる4種類のバルブから選択可能です。
  • オネジとメネジが付いたフィッティングにバルブが内蔵されているものと、バルブのみ（アッセンブリツール付き）から選択可能です。
