The award is presented by the survey and action platform Brilliant Future in this year's edition of Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience.
It is an annual award for organizations that have managed to create a work environment with many highly engaged employees. The result is based on data from more than 155 companies and over 240,000 survey responses from 74 different countries, and is not a nomination award. This certainly makes us extra happy and proud!
