Suction cup BGX family
BGX cups are specially developed to pick thin and flimsy bags. Its thin lip seals outstandingly even at the lower vacuum level. The cups are made of FDA and EU approved blue silicone for direct food contact and are suitable for both high and low temperature applications. Produced in one piece, the BGX cups support a safe and stable hold of the product in fast/semi-fast robot applications. With two bellows the different heights and uneven surfaces can be compensated for when picking the product and further ensuring the safe and strong grip. Offering three different sizes and six aluminum push-in fittings, the cup can be configured to individual requirements and contribute to optimize the automation of the bag handling applications and increase the pick-rate.
