Features

• Conventional lips: Standard Lip (S) 25-70mm, green for even sealed surfaces, blue for rough surfaces; Flexible lips (FX and FXI) 28-77mm and 30-84mm, for porous and leaking materials. FXI with a high-flow retainer; Bag Lip (BGI and BGI-2) 25-80mm, for superior handling of bags and pouches of various sensitivity; Hot Surface Lip (HS) 29-79mm, for handling of hot objects, e.g., from injection molding. HS is not FDA/EU approved. 
• Foam lips: Foam Lip Wide (FLIW) 40-120mm, designed to pick objects with irregular or unstructured surfaces or large height differences. Modular in itself with many different sizes, heights and fitting options; Soft Foam Lip (FLI-S) 35-70mm, suitable for irregular surfaces where conventional lips do not provide enough sealing power; Rough Surface Foam Lip (FLI-F) 35-70mm, for heavily textured surfaces like raw wood or structured glass. Foam lips are not FDA/EU approved. 
• Bellows: A variety of heights and widths and folds available for effective level compensation. All with superior lifting capability that allows high cycle speed. Sturdy design which retains the horizontal shape of the bellow even at deep vacuum levels. 
• Support:  PiGRIP® uses a support part, a gateway between the fitting and the bellows (or lip if the cup is flat) that adds stability to the composed cup. 
• Fitting: PiGRIP® comes with a vast selection of fittings to instantly make the composed suction cup ready for new machinery or for retrofitting of older cups and grippers. PiSAVE® Sense and Restrict are examples of intelligent accessories that allow suction cups to maintain vacuum levels regardless of outer affection.
• Filters: Lips and fittings may be equipped with specially designed filters to trap dust and particles for increased system reliability. The filters can be mounted either in the bellows, the fitting, or both.
