Oily sheet metal

Special designed friction cups for oily surfaces, such as sheets in metal forming processes. Thanks to the strong grip on oily surfaces, the suction cups can withstand high shear forces, typically 2–4 times more than corresponding conventional suction cups.

BFF - Bellows Flat Friction (30–110 mm/1.2-4.5")
The BFF design is suitable for uneven/curved surfaces or if level compensation is needed, for example in de-stacking applications.
Node-BFFT
BFFT - Bellows Flat Friction for thin-sheets (23–120 mm/0.9-4.7")
The BFFT design is the best choice for very thin metal sheets (0.6–0.8 mm/0.02–0.03") to avoid risk for dents. The cups work great on flat and uneven/curved surfaces or if level compensation is needed, for example in de-stacking applications.

BXF - Bellows Xtra (60–105 mm)
The BXF design is suitable for application where great level compensation is needed such as de-stacking sheets from magazines (press-line) and picking car body parts from racks or for uneven/curved surfaces.

DCF - Deep Concave Friction (30–110 mm/1.2–4.3")
The DCF design is suitable for flat, convex or concave surfaces, e.g., such as those encountered when handling metal sheets in later stages of a press line. The suction cups have a thin design that easily follows the curved metal sheet.

The FCF-P design is suitable for slightly domed and flat surfaces, e.g., such as those encountered when handling metal sheets in press lines.

The OBF design is suitable for oblong objects with domed and flat surfaces, such as those encountered with body parts in the automotive industry.
