Supply Chain Coordinator, Täby, Sweden


The Operations Team aims to be a sales enabler – our performance will help Piab fulfil our full potential as the global leader in gripping and moving solutions. The Supply Chain Coordinator has a vital role by acting as a link between Piab, our customers and our suppliers.


The responsibility goes all the way from purchasing, to planning and to when the finished goods leave our warehouse. The Supply Chain Coordinator also supports the European Supply Unit by ensuring that they have the right conditions for keeping a high On-Time Delivery.

The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Global Operations Team. The role includes working closely with both the Operations team in Täby and the Supply Units globally, particularly the European Supply Unit. The position is located at Piab's head office in Täby.

What you will do

  • Work in the ERP system Jeeves which involves, among other things, analysing purchaise requisitions and sending orders to the suppliers. You will follow up on suppliers to ensure they have a high on-time delivery.
  • Administrate quality issues with each supplier.
  • Analyse manufacturing requisitions and optimise the planning based on customer orders and stock levels.
  • Administrate external and internal customer orders with focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Good English skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office
  • University degree in Logistics or similar
  • Work experience from the same or similar roles is a merit
  • Knowledge of Jeeves or equivalent ERP system is a merit
  • Experience working in an international organisation is a merit
